At Stradley & Daughter we make finding the perfect jewelry virtually risk-free! Here’s how we do it.
Free Shipping & Easy Returns
Standard shipping within the United States is FREE on orders over $99. Please review our shipping insurance policy below for additional coverage options.
- If you provide a valid email address, you may request a tracking number before your order ships.
- 30-day money-back returns on any stock item. Item must be in its original condition and accompanied by its original receipt. Custom or personalized designs, as well as final sale items, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- During the holidays, you have extra time for returns. Orders placed after November 15 are returnable until January 15.
- All of our pieces come with a one-year warranty on jewelry workmanship. If you discover a manufacturing defect in your jewelry, we will replace or repair it at no charge.
Shipping and Insurance Policy At Stradley & Daughter, we take great care to securely package your jewelry and use trusted shipping services to ensure safe delivery. While our standard shipping option includes $50 of insurance at no additional charge, this coverage may not be sufficient for higher-value items.
To fully protect your shipment, we strongly encourage purchasing additional insurance for its full value. This option is available for an additional charge and provides peace of mind, protecting against rare cases of loss or damage during transit. Without full insurance coverage, Stradley & Daughter cannot assume financial liability for items in transit.
We are here to assist you by providing tracking information and, if needed, contacting the shipping carrier on your behalf to support resolution efforts. However, once a package leaves our care, full insurance is the best way to ensure your jewelry is protected. If you would like to add insurance coverage to your shipment, please contact us for further information.
Local customers in Central Florida and Connecticut may request hand-delivery or drop-off by courier.
Orders will be processed during business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you have a special deadline to meet, feel free to call 386.767.3473 to let us know, and we’ll do everything we can to get your purchase to you as soon as possible.
